[Only FI Client]Create Sender

You can register the sender who send the money.

Registration of the sender may not be possible according to the terms of the client's contract.

When creating for pay-out by Pay-outs > Create Pay-out API, the sender's purpose code is limited to the following two options:

• PAYMENT_FOR_GOODS_PURPOSE : payment for goods
• PAYMENT_FOR_SERVICE_PURPOSE : payment for service
