Registration of the sender may not be possible according to the terms of the client's contract.

When creating for pay-out by Pay-outs > Create Pay-out API, the sender's purpose code is limited to the following two options:

PAYMENT_FOR_GOODS_PURPOSE : payment for goods
PAYMENT_FOR_SERVICE_PURPOSE : payment for service
